Maternity Dress Buy Back Program
Finding the perfect dress for your session can be challenging. And really, are you ever going to wear this elegant maternity dress again? Maybe? But probably not. Even if you have another baby, you'll probably want a different dress to celebrate that pregnancy in a new and unique way. With our Maternity Dress Buy Back Program you can choose what you want to wear and then after the session is over you can exchange the dress for print credit with our studio. I have curated a list of dependable, high quality vendors that sell a variety of gowns in many beautiful styles and colors: Mii Estilo and Sew Trendy are high end couture gowns; Chicaboo and Pink Blush are stylish but more affordable. If you want to buy from a vendor not on this list, contact me first so we can pre-approve the vendor to ensure quality and that they will photograph beautifully.

Retainer Fee Details:
Before your session you will be asked to pay a retainer fee which is a flat fee of $75 regardless of session type (in the case of bundled sessions only one retainer fee is required). This retainer fee goes toward the final session payment. Please note your booking is not secure without the paid retainer fee and the signed client agreement form. The retainer fee acts as a place holder to reserve your session and the photographer's time. This fee is due before the session to cover the photo session appointment, any pre-session consultation, and any other pre-session related expenses. The retainer fee is due a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session to secure your session appointment; if not paid in full, your session will need to be rescheduled. If the retainer is not paid when you book then a space in the photographer's calendar is not guaranteed and may be filled by other clients. Upon booking a link to pay your retainer online will be sent. The remaining amount of your session fee (i.e. session fee minus the retainer fee) is due before delivery of your final photo gallery of images.
Travel 15 miles or more outside of the city center of Sunnyvale, CA will incur travel charges. Contact the photographer for more information.

Digital images are high resolution photos available for download from your online ordering gallery. You may order a USB of your digital order so you can have a back up copy or so you can send it to grandparents or other friends and family. When digital images are ordered you will receive a Client Print Release from the photographer. Please note this is a release for printing only: the photographer retains all copyright to every photo from your session.
